Applied online, First step was an online skills test, language, math, attention to detail. Then was contacted for a phone interview a week later. At the end of my phone interview I was told I would be moving on and they scheduled my in-person interview which was a week later. First interview lasted 30 minutes. Called that day and told I was moving on, they booked my second interview a week after that. Was called the next day with an offer.

What can you bring to Citco, and what do you think that Citco can offer you as an employer?
The interview process was smooth and professional. There were three panel members in the interview. They asked questions related to accounting concepts, journal entries, Excel functions, and my previous experience. The interviewers were polite and gave me an opportunity to explain my answers. Overall, it was a positive experience and helped me understand the role and company expectations.
The position is urgent so I got interviewed by the hiring manager, it was good i believe. I passed the exam and interview, just waiting gor my JO to be emailed soon

The interview process was well structured and professional. The interviewer clearly explained the role, responsibilities, and expectations associated with the position. The discussion included questions related to technical knowledge. The interaction was engaging and gave me a clear understanding of the role and the organization’s work culture. Overall, it was a very positive and insightful experience.
