The interview was straight forward. I had two rounds. One with the team (technical) side and one with the team leads and management. They asked scenario based questions regarding the product and how to engage customers.

Describe a time you had to build a relation with a difficult customer? How did you handle it and what was the outcome?
It was long and had multiple rounds. Asked about previous experience, wins, numbers, churn etc. 4 rounds with Customer Success team and 2 with HR. A lot of questions were about my previous 2 roles.
Technical interview with presentation prepared before interview on selected topic. 10min questions about the presentation content, followed by technical questions.
Manager interview, focused on motivation and understanding of the role.

2 interviews, with technical team and with hiring manager. Technical interview was focused how you can explain your technology in short amount of time, make it clear and understandable. Focused on benefits, not how to deploy in my case.
