I had applied for Cisco NTS Apprenticeship. I got shortlisted and I got a first round of assessment which consisted basic level of coding problems and with multiple choice based question and followed by the theory questions on java. And also the assessment consisted of question based on networking, Cisco switches, routers. I got through and Second round was a virtual interview with one of the senior from Cisco where they asked basic java programs such as string manipulation, palindromes, arrays, pointers.

It's a one hour long panel interview with two to four engineers. The interview contained behavioural questions, resume walk through, python and c implementation, c trivia questions, os concepts, debugging.

The interview has two rounds:
Round 1 focuses on solving DSA problems within 45 minutes, testing logic, efficiency, and coding skills.
Round 2 involves resume screening and project discussion, where you explain your contributions, technical decisions, challenges faced, and overall understanding of your work.
