HR coordinator emailed asking to set up time. Interview was then set up for the following week. It consisted of generic behavioral questions. Only 1 round with both a marketing manager and HR specialist. Followed up with offer within 2-3 weeks.

Why marketing? Why Cisco? What are your strengths/weaknesses?
Good company, fast interview process. I like the team and have heard good things as well from ex colleagues who joined Cisco in general. Recruiter was also very helpful and prepared me for the interview. I did not join as the timing was not right for me, but would recommend this as a place to work.

5 Step Process. Two recruiter, team members, VP. Process is quite simple, however recruiter might not know entirely the need of the business. Unfortunately not being able to speak to VP, to really understand what the company needed at this point in time.
