Thorough interview process, beginning with a deep technical interview about my experience and expertise, followed by a managers interview about higher level topics. After 2 interviews I was given an offer which I accepted. Previous interview experiences with Cisco were similar, with just the interviewers being different.

Give us an example of a major project you designed and delivered, including what went well and what you'd do differently next time.
There were two rounds. Both the rounds were online. The first round consisted of one coding question. It had test cases to solve. The rest were multiple choice questions. Questions were mainly programming based and from networking.

Basically the process was very streamlined 3 interviews in one day. HR-Technical-Technical. I would say if you have knowledge in networking it is good quality interview and demanding enough but not too much,
