I was interviewed by five different people, including the technical architect, my manager and my manager's manager. Technical questions were handled by the architect (who had veto power) and a couple of other staff. Questions were more general than many other locations.

How would you handle a team member who was not performing at a high enough level.
6-7 rounds of interviews by each of the stakeholders such as the team leads, Snr Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, Director. Most of the interviews questions were focused on ensuring you were the right fit in terms of understanding their software development processes and on the ability to keep the team motivated and avoid attrition.

Interviewer was not sincere, was playing with his dog whole time. I couldn't understand how this person has become director. Questions were aimed at proving what you dont know than what you know.
