Went through 4 rounds of interviews. 1st round was with Recruiter then Direct Reports, and lastly 2 rounds of interview with hiring manager. Interview process took almost 3 weeks as hiring manager was travelling.
1. Screening Interview with recruiter to ascertain fit and availability.
2. Chat with Senior Executive that works closely with hiring Executive.
3. Chat with hiring Executive, this is the final stage before the offer.

Only 2 people showed up for the in-person interview (instead of 5, as originally planned) but they were very pleasant. I ended up speaking with 2 Executive Assistants, but unfortunately did not meet the 2 VP’s who were looking for an Executive Assistant. It would’ve been much better if I had a chance to meet those 2 people as they were decision makers on this case.

One round visit on site and couple of video interviews. Total duration was about two weeks since they found me via LinkedIn. The first round was video call, then passed forward to the on site with group interview with 3 people, in the same team.
