The recruitment process consisted of 3 stages:
1. First Stage - Phone Interview
2. Second Stage - Video Interview
Question: Select an innovative Cisco Architecture that excites you, explain how it works and its business benefits.
3. Third Stage - Assessment Center
-> 15 Minute Technical Assessment that covers topics fundamental to Cisco’s business including core routing and switching (check the video)
-> Interview - around 45 minutes. I had to tell about myself, what I know about the position and had some questions related to my studies field.
-> Role Play
-> Presentation - 10 minutes on the topic: Please explain how you - as a Cisco sales person - would contribute to Cisco’s transformation from a hardware Company to a multidimensional business driven by security, services and software.
