Recruiter contacted me after sending in resume. 1-1 phone interview with recruiter. Recruiter shared they would next share with hiring manager and if interested would contact me on next steps. 1-1 by phone with hiring manager followed by 1 interview by phone with peer and 1 in person interview with another individual on the team. Recruiter and HR support team setting up interviews etc. were always timely and kept in touch very well every step which was a very pleasant surprise :-) . Everyone from recruiter to HR support folks and interviewers were excellent - some behaviorial type interview questions but primarily conversations to understand depth and breadth of what I brought to the table as well as what they were seeking. Work culture appeared to be very people orientated and I have heard positive reviews of the culture from others.
