1. Call with HR 2. Call with PM and a contract UX Designer 3. I believe there was a third stage, I think to meet more senior management, but I didn't progress that far. Found the interview overall really awkward and strange. The PM kept asking for details on work practices within the company I work for and it felt like she was more interested in finding out how they did things rather than whether I was a good fit for Circit. The PM went through an agenda for the interview at the start, 45 mins of interview and then 15 mins for me to ask questions. During the interview she completely disregarded this and left me with no time to ask questions at the end. During that time she was busy berating the UI developers that she works with, telling me how incompetent she thought they were and how annoying that was for her. Afterwards, I was completely ghosted and while I didn't want to go further with my application either it would have been nice to at least have a courtesy email expressing their disinterested.
