I received a call from a recruiter working with Cipher to fill a position. She asked some basic questions about my experience/skills and future goals. That went well. Eventually, I came into the HQ and met with someone from HR and the CEO. I had informative and friendly conversations with them. I shared my experience and learned more about the company and strategy.
