It was extremely lengthy and went through three screenings and three other interviews. It was all over the course of a month and a half. The interviews all lasted anywhere from 20-60+ minutes

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult partner and how did you handle it
First interview - HR Manager Second Interview - Production Manager Third Interview - General Manager These took place in succession. Expect about 3-4 hours total. You will go over the job description, give background, get into detail and follow an interview script, before touring the facility.
