Received an email with an invitation to schedule a phone interview. Had a typical 30 min initial interview on my cell phone to determine mutual interest and suitability for the position. Later that day, received a message on my home phone requesting I return the call in order to move forward in the hiring process. The message was rushed and not real clear, but I thought I could make out the name and number. I returned the call and got a mail box with no identity information, but left a message. I did not hear back. I confirmed the accuracy of the person's name and number by email with the initial interviewer and left subsequent messages over the next few days. Never heard a word. Ghosted. Strangest sequence of events I have ever experienced. The lack of professionalism on the part of Cintas HR was astounding.
