Many rounds to the interview process. First was over Microsoft Teams with an HR Manager. I was asked typical interview questions. They really want to hear about your leadership roles and how you have been working hard and staying busy. Next interview was in person at the facility. At the facility I went through an interview with the Operations Supervisor and he also toured me around the facility. I also interviewed with the GM and he asked typical interview questions along with asking me what I wanted to know. I am now onto the third interview with the Senior HR Manager. I was told there will be one more round table interview with many more members, and then an offer will be sent. Lengthy process, but I was told they are strict on who they choose since they are ultimately looking for a individual to be developed into a manager.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
