The hiring manager (recruiter), basically refused my resume. The former clerk didn't work out, and I was never given the opportunity to show her my skills or capabilities. I have never had my resume rejected before. I specifically asked her, do you need my resume? she replied no. All she did was explain what the job contained. end of interview.
