Long interview with two interviewers and full day in office meeting other workers from the firm. The second round of interviews was called round Robin and was lengthy, it consisted of a tour around the facility and few interviews with managers.

The interview process for me consisted of four different interview dates with a total of 6 different Cintas partners. The first interview is a phone screening. It is a thorough screening lasting about 50 minutes with an HR rep. Questions will mainly focus on your most recent four years and what experiences you have had that will make you a good candidate for the position. The next interview is located on site and consists of two parts. The first is an interview with a representative from HR. The next is with a manager, usually the branch manager. Once I finished the interview I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to some of the Cintas partners. The third interview is located on site as well. This one is more casual, usually with a few of the service managers. The fourth and final interview is with a Group Vice President. This interview was in person at a location further away, however it was originally scheduled to be a phone interview so I'm not sure which is more common for this interview. The process is very thorough. I was not expecting to interview for such a long time, however Cintas does this for a reason. Their goal is to find candidates that will fit the role well and stay committed for years to come. The position is intended to build leaders and they don't want to spend time training someone who has intentions of job searching again in the near future.
