This interview process is multi step. you get a email first that they are interested in you. From there you setup a time for a phone interview. Phone interview lasts about 25mins. General question about what did you do in the past? and your role at the place where you are currently working at. 4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.
