Multiple interviews with tough questions. Ended with lunch interview. Met many partners during interview process. Questions made you think outside of the box, but many questions were repetitive when interview with a new partner

There was a total of 4 interviews, the first being a phone scree. All of that over a one month period. I got a call on a Friday stating they would hire me. A week went by, and I heard nothing. I had to email them to see what was going on. I think the HR person is lacking at the branch I work at. Again, I had to instigate all the emails for her to even get started. The whole process took just a week short of 2 months. Ridiculous!!! The company itself is great. That was just a ridiculous interview process but if you get an offer, take it. It's a great company and everyone is really nice and helpful. This is my experience at my branch.
