About two to three rounds of interviews, with good questions asked. Sad part is the HR woman who hired me wound up leaving not long after I got there because the work culture was so bad. It seemed like everyone there was on edge.

Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.

Phone interview with HR first. Then video interview. Still in process so not done yet but Glassdoor is making me do this so I can do research and read others posts

Process from referral to interview was quick. Interviewer was nice and professional. Asked general interview questions, why are you leaving your current job, what do you like most and least about your current job, etc.
