Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.

7 Interviews. Very difficult to schedule. Took months. You have to do a phone interview and in person interview and ride along and another interview and background check and drive record check and it all is a waste of time

Process from referral to interview was quick. Interviewer was nice and professional. Asked general interview questions, why are you leaving your current job, what do you like most and least about your current job, etc.
