Casual, mostly because most employees are high school/ college students looking for a part time job. Manager of the theater sits down to ask about previous job experience and how you see yourself in this position.

How do you see yourself advancing in this position?
Pretty basic questions. What are your hours, experience, etc. They then talked about the positions.Just pretty much look clean,show up on time, and ask questions at the end to gain a spot.
The interview process was easy going. My interviewer was very polite. The questions that were asked were very general, mostly about availability. You are trained on the job for what you need to know afterwards.

The interview was super easy and done solo—no group interview at all. I got hired on the spot, which was a nice surprise. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free from start to finish.
