Very simple and didn't require too much time, only that you were to write information on the application sheet, which you can (I believe have to) download and write from the Cinemark website itself, and you had to then watch employee videos that were tutorials to the Usher position itself

Do you have a strong stomach?
Are you willing to clean up things that you didn't expect to ever clean before?
Pretty basic questions. What are your hours, experience, etc. They then talked about the positions.Just pretty much look clean,show up on time, and ask questions at the end to gain a spot.
The interview process was easy going. My interviewer was very polite. The questions that were asked were very general, mostly about availability. You are trained on the job for what you need to know afterwards.

The interview was super easy and done solo—no group interview at all. I got hired on the spot, which was a nice surprise. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free from start to finish.
