I applied online in January for a few internships. I then got a call to set up a time to do a phone interview. I got an email saying I had made it to the next step, which would be group interviews. At that interview, we got into 3 groups of about 7-8 people and one Reds employee asked us all questions and then the employees switched and we went through that process three times. I was then called back in for a follow-up interview where I was offered the job and accepted.

Pretty easy. They go through pretty simple questions to find out about you and what kind of person you are. They want to see if you are able to keep up.
