I applied online then got a call from an admin stating that I was to be scheduled for an in person interview the following week. It was a panel of 3 people. 2 HR and 1 operations person. They made me wait 15 minutes after my intended time and didn't apologize. Immediately I knew this job was not for me and almost walked out half way through but I stuck with it. No one showed any emotion, like at all! No one reacted to anything I said other than saying "thank you" after answering a question. Most of the questions were vague and needed explanation which they refused to do, just restated the question. This is a classified position meaning this is a scored interview that helps makes the selection so that could be the reason but there were about 3 questions that I didn't know if I even answered because they were so vague. I asked clarification for one and they refused to give it to me. They would also ask 4 questions in one which required me to ask the question to the restated half way through most of the time. I eventually gave up. It seems like I was an inconvenience and taking up their time. I immediately emailed HR withdrawing my application when I got home. If you want a positive work environment, this is not it based on the interview.
