In person interview. The interview process was simple. I was interviewed by a woman and was given the job a week or so later. She asked different questions related to early childhood development and the constructivist theory. I thought the interview was pretty straight forward and simple. It was like a conversation, i didn't feel any pressure. The job wants to make sure you are age appropriate.
