Recruiter called me for job opportunity at ciena.
After clearing written test,there were 5 rounds of interview.
They took all 5 rounds...used to schedule at night 9pm.
I got a rejection mail...For every round HR used to call as a reminder for attending Interview,but once i got rejection..i didnt even get a call from HR to give the feedback.
Complete waste of time and Pathetic HR and Interview experince

Cancelled my rescheduled interview without any communication from HR. Got ghosted when asked for an explanation. 2 days later, I get a notification that the position is closed. Will never bother applying here again.
Good experience. Only 2 interviews; 1 for soft skills and 1 for technical skills. I ended up getting the job. Fairly easy interview. Good place to work. Why need many word, when few word do trick?
