For a company that specializes in talent acquisition, I was pretty surprised and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication with this company. Not only was the recruiter 5 mins late calling me, but she was also unprepared and didn't even have my application materials in front of her, so I had to continue to wait while she located them. The interview felt incredibly rushed and impersonal At the end, she said she would be moving me to the next interview and would email me within a week, but that never happened. As I was still interested in the role, even after that terrible first impression, I attempted a follow-up after sending a thank-you after a week had gone by, and never received a response.
