I was approached directly regarding a role at one of their onsite accounts by one of the onsite team. I had a telephone conversation with this individual and in quick succession it followed with a face to face interview onsite where I met majority of the team. The interview took around 1.5 hours. After that they contacted me to arrange a second and final interview with their head. I was very accommodating to their requests however after my 2nd interview I heard nothing (literally nothing and now months have gone by).I had gone out of my way to rearrange my working days to accommodate some very last minute interviews and I didn't even receive the small courtesy to let me know I clearly didn't get the position let alone a thanks or feedback for a role I didn't even apply for. Cielo pride themselves on their service to their client but clearly don't care about candidates or their experience. Extremely shoddy and shocking experience. Needless to say I would never recommend them to anyone seeking a role or an organisation seeking an RPO - avoid!
