Applied via email, got quick response back (few hours) to come in at my convivence. Came in when I was able to as I was in school. We sat in board room, looked through my portfolio, after looking through the company's to understand their work/style and it was more of a show and tell. At the time there were two owners, so both came in and it was 2 to 1 but was very pleasant and not intimidating . Overall very nice interview, left very good taste and opinion in me and was enthusiastic about the process. Took a bit longer to hear back than I would have wanted to but it was a busy month for them so it was understandable.
