Entrevista
First you have to pass the skills test. Then comes the phone interview. Followed up by 2 face to face interviews. Finally a drug test and then the offer is made. Then comes 4 weeks of training, out of town, And finally into your home store.
Rigorous. No questions were left unasked. 5 interviews total all on less than a week ! Can you believe that? I thought this would be the easiest job and compared to the interview it was. Someday I hope they reopen a few locations.

It was easy just be yourself, don’t be nervous , answer the questions to the best of your ability. You’re more likely to get the job if you’re very outgoing

Entrevista
Interview was remote and consisted of a small panel. After introductions and a brief explanation of the job, the panel took turns asking questions involving various situations/scenarios. Afterward I was able to ask any questions I had.
