Entrevista
Got an email from the recruiter asking follow up questions about my experience, licensure, salary.
Then it was reached out to schedule 2 half hour interviews with the department. First interview with direct supervisor- asked about experience and work ethic. Next day, then met two underwriters - this was more a friendly interview with a few technical questions about excel comfort level. Really looking to see if it was a personality match for the teams. This one threw me off and I forgot about all my interests and hobbies and social skills- as I was focusing on professional interview mode but we had a nice talk about the company and Chubb.
I ultimately went with another roll/ department at Chubb (the recruiter followed up 2 weeks later to request 3rd interview but I’d already accepted another offer)

It was easy and Smooth, took about 20 to 30 minutes. The HR and hiring manager made me so comfortable so it was okay for me. Question was mostly about the personal lines lob.

Three rounds in total. HR to manager to Department head. English + Cantonese, fluent process, done within a day. Since this is a junior role, basically won’t touch on technical terms. Overall the interview went in a smooth manner and interviewers are nice and welcoming.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. Pretty much the same questions from each interviewer but worded differently. Interviewed with three people, two managers and an HR representative. Recruiter had given me the option to do it in one day (back-to-back zoom calls) or have those interviews spread out throughout the week. I chose the first option, back to back, as I’d get it over with and perhaps raise my chances of obtaining the job position quicker. Can’t say anything bad about the interview process.
