I have been initially approached on Linkedin and have been given clear information about the position they are looking into. In the online interview the uw manager and the hr manager was professional and did not ask any questions that made me suspect gender inequality. We did not agree on the salary at the end but the overall experience was quite positive

They were honest about the opportunity and expectations and allowed plenty of time for questions. They accurately described the opportunity, team, current business challenges, upcoming goals, and opportunities for career growth.
