Did a one on one phone interview, then met with 4 people individually to dis has the role further. No communication from the team over 2 weeks after the final interviews as to my status for the role. Would not recommend going through the interview process since they seem to ghost candidates that get to the final round...

3 stage interview, 1 phone and two in person with line manager and senior management. The phone interview was more to understand competency in the sector. Each interview was about 1hr long.
