The interview process felt a little long for me due to an unfortunate alignment of schedules on both ends. Even with that, everyone that I met or spoke with was bright and inspired confidence.

I was asked about I handle difficult conversations.
I was referred internally by an employee, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview, and then she ghosted me - didn’t show to the interview, didn’t reach out or reply to any of my emails. Then 3 weeks later she reached back out, didn’t apologize for her previous communication and asked if I was still interested.

Entrevista
Was a three-step interview process. First was a phone call, then zoom meetings and another zoom meeting. Overall, everyone was nice but I felt like they asked the same questions in different ways. And for a CSR position it felt too extensive.

Unfortunately made it through all 3 phases of the interview process, was offered the job, even completed all of my onboarding paperwork and enrolled in benefits only to be told my job offer was rescinded for something completely unrelated. It was incredibly disappointing.
