Super quick, not incredibly formal. Asked about past jobs and why I left. They seemed to need people very badly which made the interview almost like a formality just to see if you were normal or not haha.

Unprofessional! Scheduled an interview, arrived and waited 10 minutes to be told we are not hiring. then why was I scheduled an interview?? Complete waste of my time. Applicants time is just as valuable, if not more as we need money. Wasting our time is wasting potential money.

Interview are scheduled pretty quick usually a week at most and goes pretty well but the never hear anything back. Sometimes they aren’t aware there are interviews. But overall the interview is pretty easy, i wouldn’t mention a having a second job until hired.
