I arrived for the interview feeling relaxed and ready. The hiring manager greeted me warmly, and we quickly hit it off in conversation. The questions were straightforward, mostly about my background and interest in the role, making it feel more like a casual chat than a formal interview. Within minutes, the manager seemed impressed and mentioned that I’d be a great fit for the team. By the end of our talk, I was offered the position on the spot. To wrap things up, the manager gave me a tour of the facilities, explaining the work environment and introducing me to a few team members.
Went to restaurant and sat down with the manager of the store, discussed values and food safety and sanitation protocol and then discussed schedule, work hours and expectations, They also asked for my size for a uniform shirt.
