It was good, respectful, to the point. Manager was punctual. The restaurant was busy. But nonetheless they had me seated and interviewed me. It was about 5 questions long. They were honest about the challenges of the job.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
