I was asked questions such as: How would you describe yourself, how would your friends, etc. After being asked questions they told me they would call me back. I'm currently waiting for a call after my second interview.

Interview is done in a group setting. I had two other applicants interview with me. The GM was very laid back. They seem to treat people like they are human. It was also nice to see who some of your competition for the job. I am older so my life is more focused on doing THIS job than the other two applicants who were young and both had future career interests so they probably were not in for the "long haul". Very impressive company with a commitment to your health NOW.
