The service manager was asking some quality questions about what I was looking for in regards to my team members, future outlook, personal development plans! Ex: What are specific personality types that I struggle to work fluidly with, and how can I try to work around those who I won’t necessarily jive with in order to make a healthy environment? And I got great responses when I asked what were three things that they wished they were told about the job that they learned way later than they should have.. Overall seemed like they had great care for their employees as an outsider!

The interview process took a few days, I received a request for an interview the same day I applied. The interview itself was one on one with the manager and generally casual as we just sat in the middle of the restaurant.
