Was requested by an email to come in the next day for an interview. The interview was held in a corner of the store still in the dining hall and was extremely casual. The interviewer asked few questions of me and even looked like they were trying to hurry the interview along even as I kept asking questions.

The manager asked a couple of behavioral questions in person. There was an emphasis on whether I have experience working in a collaborative environment, asking about previous working habit and relationship with my coworkers.

Tell me about your experience at work where you had to work in a collaborative environment.
10 minute interview after submitting an online application. Orientation usually begins the following week and you are trained at a position from the start. Crosstraining is highly promoted and you will likely learn how to work at multiple positions in the first few months. The interview questions are pretty simple and basic, not too hard if you come moderately well prepared.

The interview itself was fine. When the interview ended, I was told I'd hear whether or not I got the job the night of or the next morning. It has been over a week and I have not heard from Chipotle.
