I applied online after I saw a sign in the location's window. I interviewed with two individuals, one location manager and her assistant. They asked me very similar questions. Themes were centered on why I wanted to work there in the first place, and personal anecdotes about achievements.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
