I applied online and received an email the following week. There was a group interview of about 30 people. I then got a call back and interviewed one on one with the apprentice, who introduced me to the km. The third and final interview was with the gm and several crew members. The group interview asked basic questions about why Chipotle and tell us about yourself. The other interviews asked similar questions but they also wanted to know if you would be able to handle the physicality of the job, as it requires a lot.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
