Was contacted via email 2 days after filling out online application. Did an interview with 5 questions through my phone (video recording of my responses). Was contacted for an in person interview 2 weeks after that. Interviewed for 2 hours at the store, offered the job on the spot. Formal offer over the phone 1 week later.

Multiple interviews to make sure you gel with the team, asks lots of open ended questions, interview lasts between 20-30 minutes. No previous work experience is required. Always picked people who were outgoing and seemed eager to learn.
