Applied online and got a email response for an interview about 2-3 days later. Went to the first group interview, which had three other people and we all interviewed with a GM I believe. GM said they will contact us for second interview, I was never contacted and I got a email rejection that that I didn't get the job and I would still be on there system for future employment consideration. GM seemed like a competent leader and a good person

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
