Notified about an interview via email about a week after I filled out an online application. Went in and had an interview. The interview was straight forward and after was asked to come back for another one. After that, I was told that someone would call me to ask me to come in again the next day. Never heard from them after that.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
