Well I applied online and about a week later received an interview that there was a job fair coming up and that there would be mass interviews. In fine print at the end of the email was a number of the store to call if I couldn't make it to the job fair. I do call the number and was told I could interview at the store instead of the job fair location. So I go to my interview and the manager referred me to a different location instead because he had hired so many new memebers at the job fair. So I go the next day to the other location. Turns out they are opening a brand new location and the newly promoted general manager of that location interviewed me and offered me a position on the spot. (Be aware that usually only happens if the General manager interviews you first or if you're just that desirable of a candidate. Realistically you will go through 2 or 3 interviews before finding out if you get a position). The whole process took 2 days. Interview and hire day one and next day was hiring paperwork which you do all online. If you don't have a laptop or desktop then the manager should and most likely will be more than happy to let you use the Back of House computer and help you complete it all. They provide you with Shirt, Apron, and Hat on orientation day. Orientation is 6 hours long and training depends but ours will be 7 days not including the up and coming "Mock Opening Day." I am super excited to start and grateful to be apart of the team.
Oh I urge you to do light research on the company's background. And view the entire website. I wasnt asked background but I did study just in case and why wouldn't you want to know about your future company's background right. I suggest you go into the interview and just be yourself. Feed off of the manager and just be honest because lying wont get you anywhere and it will come out sooner or later. If you're the right fit then you will get the job and if not then it wasn't meant for you and don't give up.

Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
