There were supposed to be a 3 stage interview process. the first was a group setting. They sat a group of us in a circle in the morning during a slow hour. After that stage they tell you if you want to continue or not, you meet the assistant manager and then the head. I somehow bypassed all of that and got hired on the spot after my first interview.
Quick, I was asked general interview questions and availability. Was hired same day during the interview. The roles were explained to me and I let them know which I was interested in. Came in a few days later for my training and was given shirts
The interview went smooth. Really easy questions that you should know off the back. Like why do you see yourself the best fit here and etc. They might also ask you what's your weakness and strengths

Entrevista
Submitted my application online and received an email back within 2 days. Was interviewed twice, once by the GM and once by the kitchen manager. Easy interview done very unprofessionally with a notebook and pen. Both managers didn't know anything about me even though I submitted everything necessary online.
