You have 3 interviews in one day. One with the hiring manager and a crew member. Then if they like you they take you on a tour of the restaurant and each employee asks you a question which is kind of like another interview. Then if they really like you, the General Manager interviews you.
Quick and a great interview they were very nice and professional and seem like they really needed some people to work there. I had 3 different interviews with 3 different managers

The manager ansked about myself and what my previous work experience was. I felt like they wanted to know about me and my personality. They were mostly situational questions - how would I handle this situation with a customer, how would I handle a fast paced work environment etc . They also went over information about the position and hours. We discussed pay rate.
