The process was long and took about a month and a half. You get several interviews with about everybody that will be working with you so they can all give their input. They want to make sure you have the 13 characteristics, this is a special place and it is all about your personality more than your experience. Interviews are conversational and, even though questions might seem subjective at some point, all they are trying to do is feel your personality. Go to their website, read the 13 characteristics and ask yourself whether you truly have them or not. If you do, just be yourself and the job will be yours. Be patient throughout the process, it is completely worth it.

Entrevista
I had a screening interview over the phone, then a phone interview with the person who would be the manager of the role. Then I had a group phone interview with 5-6 others with the same title but in various locations. Finally I had an in-person interview with the person who this role reported to (same as previous phone interview) and that person's boss. At this in-person interview I had to submit a project that took about 2 weeks to put together. It was intended to showcase skills necessary to succeed at this job - basically community engagement and presentation skills.

First and second interviews are over the phone. Third in person and at a restaurant location. Try to be conversational - maybe I seemed tense but she made very casual comments that made it seem that she was trying to put me at ease.
