I applied online and was called two days later to schedule an interview. It was a in-person interview during regular restaurant hours, and I was asked standard interview questions. My interviewer also asked me about myself, and how and why I chose Chipotle. Though I wasn't asked about Chipotle questions I prepared for, like their purpose, or what food with integrity, but this may vary depending on the interviewer and restaurant. Overall it was a good experience.
